We're always under the microscope when it comes to "managing our time" but they get away with what they want and get to waste our time. But yeah I agree the hiring process sucks.

I've had previous employers tell me that they have to interview, but that they aren't actually taking any additional workers because they can't afford it. Sorry that this happened to you.
